I'm Todd Harrington. I started Innovative Computer Solutions of Michigan, and I'm the person you'll work with on every project.
For about twenty years I've worked inside the systems large organizations depend on: the networks, the cloud platforms, the security controls and, more recently, the AI. Banking, manufacturing and software each teach the same lesson in their own way. Technology is only useful if it's dependable, and it's only dependable if someone thought about how it could fail.
Years ago I ran ICS on the side, looking after servers and networks for local businesses. Those clients were the best part of the work, which is a big part of why I've brought it back.
The timing matters, too. Small businesses are hearing that they need AI, and very few people are explaining how to use it without putting client data at risk. Connecting systems so they're useful, and building them so they're safe, is what I've done my whole career.
